| The core businessof Earth Buddy is driven by our innovations in research and development in fibre materials, product design and development, moldings, production machineries and manufacturing processes. These are the core technologies that drive our main business. Since its inception, we have invested substantially in research and development in core technologies, engineering and manufacturing practices that are energy efficient and environmentally friendly that match well or above the requirements of international manufacturing, environmental and food safety standards. They are part of our Earth Buddy's intellectual property assets and core competence of our business. Earth Buddy welcomes the opportunities to share our intellectual property and know-how with our partners in various forms of business partnership and joint venture.
Fibre materials and coloring: We are the pioneer manufacturer who possesses the know-how to produce colored (other than bleached) and fully custom-shaped products. We are also in a position to mass produce a hybrid product which has a temperature resistance of 270 degrees C with production costs a fraction of products having similar attributes.
Biodegradable PE/PET laminations: We have developed biodegradable thin film lamination techniques that are suitable for special food storage and container uses.
Production machineries and manufacturingprocess: We develop our own fully automated forming machines (from semi-automated machines from third party vendors) which requires only 1/3 of labor but yields approximately 2.5 times production capacity comparing to semi-automated machines in the market.
Molding tools and design: We design and develop molding tools that are energy and cost efficient and reliable for high volume product production and manufacturing setting.
Green manufacturing and practices: We have developed over many years design principles, engineering practices and related technologies for factory design and office layout, manufacturing processes and production technologies that are energy efficient and environmentally friendly. We make good use of solar energy source and recycling use of waste materials whenever possible that help reduce greenhouse gases emissions in the entire production cycle.

- Non-gmo (generic modified organism) materials, toxic free and heavy metal free material, hygiene and food safety policies and standards,
- Solar energy, heat and energy saving system. Recycle water and rain water collection for washing, cleaning, watering plants in the factory and toiletries. Sunlight electricity saving andefficient plan using sensor system, sunglass office, roofing, gardening factory area, gardening roof to absorb heat and waste management policies,
- Green office policy, personal hygiene and health and safety labor policy and Clean air etc.
